Member Registration Pricing Eligibility
To qualify for member rates at the time of registration, you must have a current individual membership, valid through June 30, 2023, or beyond. Members can login and renew or join SWE at any time here. All attendees without a current membership will receive non-member pricing.
Onsite: Non-member attendees who do not use a bulk corporate discount code will receive FY23 SWE membership with their WE22 registration. Non-member attendees who use a bulk corporate discount code will not receive FY23 SWE membership with their registration.
Virtual: There is no membership included in virtual professional non-membership registration. Membership is only included in virtual non-member pricing for collegiate students.

WE22 Registration Types
The registration portal is divided into the following categories: Professional, Collegiate, Exhibitor, Virtual and Invent It. Build It. (including programs for high school, middle school,
parents and educators).
Professional Attendee
Attendee Type: All post-graduate attendees, speakers, press members, and any non-collegiate or non-exhibitor are considered professional. This may include active career, retired, unemployed, STEM Reentry Task Force or other categories within this type. Both members and non-members may register here.
- Promo Codes: Only one promo code per attendee can be used for professional registration.
- Career Fair Access: FY23 members will receive priority access to the WE22 Career Fair. There will be non-member hours for those who do not have membership.
- Virtual Access: All attendees will have full access to the WE22 virtual platform (which will contain live networking and meet-ups, speed networking and all pre-recorded sessions). Please note there is not a virtual career fair for WE22.
- There is no option to purchase a career fair-only registration for professionals.
Collegiate Attendee
Attendee Type: All collegiate types, both member and non-member, as well as full-time graduate students.
- Promo Codes: Only one promo code per attendee can be used for collegiate registration.
- Career Fair Access: FY23 members will receive priority access to the WE22 Career Fair. There will be non-member hours for those who do not have membership.
- Virtual Access: All attendees will have full access to the WE22 virtual platform (which will contain live networking and meet-ups, speed networking and all pre-recorded sessions). Please note there is not a virtual career fair for WE22.
- There is no option to purchase a career fair-only registration for collegiates.
Exhibitor Attendee
Attendee Type: This registration is limited to ONLY booth personnel and cannot exceed the allocations given to each exhibitor commensurate with booth size. Each company-designated booth point of contact (POC) will receive a sign-in password once the booth contract is signed and payment is received. Exhibitor Registration is divided into sections:
- Full Registration: This registration type allows the exhibitor access to the exhibit hall during all times plus full WE22 access. The number of these registrations is limited to the allotment defined by SWE.
- Exhibitor Floor Only Registration (limited with cost of $100 per exhibitor): This registration type only allows access to the WE22 Career Fair floor but not other areas of WE22. The number of these registration is limited to the allotment defined by SWE.
- Bulk-Upload Requests: Bulk registration requests must be received by Oct. 1, 2022 in order to be processed in time for WE22. SWE cannot guarantee processing of bulk uploads if data is received after October 1.
- Member Status: FY23 membership is not included with the exhibitor full or floor-only passes. Since exhibitors have full access to the WE22 Career Fair floor, membership status is not needed on their badges and is not indicated.
Invent It. Build It. Attendee
Attendee Type: All students in middle school (ages 11-13) and high school (ages 14-18), parents and educators. Invent It. Build It. program attendees are at the Outreach EXPO in the morning and programming in the afternoon. Outreach EXPO Exhibitors who need badges can register here as well.
- Registration opens in late June of 2022.
- Promo Codes: Only one promo code per attendee can be used for this registration type. A promo code can be created for organizations that wish to sponsor a number of students (for invoice purposes).
- Registration Types: Middle School Girls Program, High School Girls Program, Parent & Educator Program and Outreach EXPO Exhibitor.
- Member Status: Not applicable.
- SWENext: Not required but can register girls as SWENexter. May require girls being sponsored by SWE to join SWENext.
- Career Fair Access: Students under the age of 18 are not permitted on the WE22 Career Fair floor.
Virtual Attendee
Attendee Type: Open to all students and professionals over the age of 18. All attendees will have full access to the WE22 virtual platform (which will contain live networking and meet-ups, live stream of key WE22 events, access to the virtual awards hall, speed networking, and all pre-recorded sessions).
Please note there is not a virtual career fair for WE22.

Registration Information for Nigeria
A Nigerian resident may register by phone, email or onsite.
If you are from Nigeria and planning to attend WE22, please email SWE@xpressreg.net and ask for an early-bird registration to be created for you to pay onsite with cash. You may also register by calling 774-247-4026.
Promotional Discounts (Promo Codes)
SWE offers promotional discounts for several registration types, such as conference speakers, volunteers, etc. In many cases, the discount is applied to the prevailing rate, i.e., member or non-member, early or late.
These discounts, delivered via promo codes, are entered during the registration process. There is a strict limit of only one promo code for each registration submitted. Please note that some promo codes have a cap and will be allowed on a first-come, first-served basis.
